Jordan Tosses In 30 As Bulls’ Streak Hits 13

Michael Jordan scored 30 points and put on a one-man show in the second quarter as the Chicago Bulls defeated the Utah Jazz 100-86 Saturday night for their 13th consecutive victory.

Scottie Pippen added 28 points for the Bulls, who can equal their longest winning streak ever Tuesday at Indiana.

Charlotte struggled to put away Miami’s beleaguered Heat before reserve guards Greg Sutton and Dell Curry fueled an 11-0 fourth-quarter run that sent the Hornets to a win.

It was Miami’s first game in Charlotte since the Heat acquired Alonzo Mourning in a six-player deal with the Hornets on Nov. 3. But Mourning, suffering from a torn tendon in his left foot, skipped his homecoming.

However, several signs were visible throughout the arena, including one that said, “Ho, Ho, Ho - No Show Zo.”
