Gifted-Education Action Team To Meet

The Spokane School District gifted-education action team will meet three times next week to talk to parents and community members about the needs of gifted children.

The team, organized because of the school district’s strategic plan, has met throughout the year to review research on gifted education, define “giftedness” and develop a philosophy of gifted education.

The meetings will be held:

7:30 p.m., Monday, Sacajawea Middle School Library, E401 33rd.

7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Shaw Middle School Library, N4106 Cook.

7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Chase Middle School Library, E4747 37th.
