Educator Will Talk About Spanking

“Let’s Talk About Spanking,” a minilecture and video presentation for parents about the history of corporal punishment, will be offered tonight from 7 to 8:30. Parent educator Drew Betz will present the program at Washington State University Cooperative Extension, Spokane County Agricultural Building, N222 Havana.
