Human Rights Forums Planned

The first in a three-part series of educational forums on human rights issues starts this week with “Responding to Bigotry.”

The panel discussion, sponsored by the Spokane Human Rights Commission, begins Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the East Central Community Center, S500 Stone.

Panel members include Marvin Stern, executive director of the Western region’s Anti-Defamation League; Eric Ward, associate director of the Northwest Coalition Against Malicious Harassment; and Marianne Mishima, broadcast news reporter.
