Said he did not have a drinking problem and has never been in treatment. The question came up during an impromptu news conference.

SB5921, to outlaw possession of cartridges designed to penetrate life-saving devices.

SB5919, to require that 25 percent of the sturgeon catch on the Columbia River be allocated to the commercial fishery.

SB5913, to create an airport siting council.

House:

No major action.

Bills introduced:

HB1913, to provide a sales tax exemption for film and video production companies.

HB1919, to provide a sales tax exemption for trigger locks and gun safes.
