At Odgen, Utah, The search to replace retiring Big Sky Conference Commissioner Ron Stephenson has come down to four finalists, and longtime assistant commissioner Arnie Sgalio is not among them.

The finalists are Montana State athletic director Doug Fullerton; Mike McNeely, director of business operations at the NCAA and the brother of Idaho State football coach Brian McNeely; Kyle Kallander, associate commissioner of the Southwest Conference; and Kevin Berg, associate commissioner of the Big Ten Conference.

Alberto Tomba’s seven-race winning streak in slalom ended when he skied off the course during the first run of a World Cup slalom at the Furano, Japan, resort.
