Valley Incorporation Hearing Continues
The state Boundary Review Board will continue taking testimony tonight on a proposal to form a city in the Spokane Valley.
The hearing begins at 6 p.m. in the downstairs meeting room of the county public works building, W1026 Broadway.
The city, the third proposed in the past five years, would encompass nearly 33 square miles and have a population of 64,800.
Supporters hope to hold an election on the proposal May 16.
