G-Prep’s James Commits To UI

Outside linebacker Jeff James of Gonzaga Prep has made an oral commitment to accept a football scholarship at the University of Idaho.

James led the Bullpups in interceptions with three, including a 52-yard touchdown after a pickoff against Mead.

James, 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, runs a 4.6-second 40-yard dash.

He cited several reasons for picking Idaho over Wyoming including “playing closer to home for my parents’ benefit” (both are UI grads).
