Man Arrested On Charge Of Molesting Girl

Kootenai County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 48-year-old man early Monday on charges he molested a girl who lives in his west Post Falls neighborhood.

Kootenai County prosecutors charged Robert D. Reinhardt Monday with sexual abuse of a minor and felony lewd conduct with a minor.

Reinhardt visited the 15-year-old victim’s nearby house three times on Sunday, according to the sheriff’s report, first making sexual comments and later molesting her and attempting to remove her clothes.

Reinhardt, a self-employed mechanic, was released from the Kootenai County Jail on his own recognizance.
