Woman Charged In Stabbing

A woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the leg was charged Monday with aggravated battery.

Phyllis C. Cutler, 38, is accused of stabbing Steve L. Huntley, 36, with a 10-inch hunting knife during a domestic dispute Saturday in Kellogg, according to Shoshone County records.The two were staying at a house on South Division Street in Kellogg.

Huntley, a Boise construction worker, was taken to Shoshone Medical Center with a stab wound in the upper thigh. He was listed in fair condition Monday.

The Shoshone County prosecutor charged Cutler with felony aggravated battery and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a crime.

Cutler is being held at the Shoshone County Jail on $2,000 bail.
