Norm Ford scored nine points off the bench and the Redskins (5-1, 7-3) rallied for a win over the visiting Hornets (0-6, 1-8) in a game that had 15 lead changes.

Inchelium had the ball and the lead with 2 minutes left, but Steve Flett and Adrian Holt had steals to guide the comeback. Wellpinit’s Dominique Tonasket, in his first varsity game, had eight points and eight rebounds. Shawn Christianson of the Hornets scored 22.

Both teams struggled at the free-throw line, with Inchelium missing 21 of 34 and Wellpinit missing 13 of 22. Bridget Abrahamson had nine rebounds for Wellpinit. The Redskins’ Celeste Allen had 10 steals before fouling out.
