One-Acts At Valley Rep

For the second year in a row, the Valley Repertory Theater is presenting an evening of original one-act plays.

It’s called “New Stage II” and it opens tonight and runs through Jan. 29.

The evening consists of five short plays, four of which are by local playwrights. Here’s the lineup:

“Baby Boomer’s Bloomsday” by Sherry Karuza Waldrip of Spokane.

“Pickup” by Jerry Kraft of Spokane.

“Good Buy Again” by Nikki Harmon of New York.

“The Gift” by Bryan Harnetiaux of Spokane.

“Gramma’s Tattoo” by Jerry Kraft of Spokane.

The plays are directed by Jodine Watson and Wendie Joy Staszkow.

The Valley Repertory Theatre is located at the southwest corner of Sprague and Pine (rear entrance). General admission tickets are $8, $7 for seniors, $6 for students. Call 927-6878 for tickets and reservations.
