HCR7 (State Affairs) Claims sovereignty for the state under 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution over all powers not given to federal government.

HB106 (State Affairs) Revises qualifications for city electors to include people who live in the city’s area of impact.

HB107 (Judiciary, Rules and Administration) Requires insurers to pay or have deducted from its portion of settlement a proportionate share of costs and attorney fees involved in recovery by an insured against a third party.

HB108 (Judiciary, Rules and Administration) Repeals all residence requirements for state officials.

HB109 (Judiciary, Rules and Administration) Requires any person guilty of domestic violence to undergo at his or her own expense counseling for aggression or anger control.
