The U.S. Department of Transportation’s revised 58-page edition of “Fly Rights” has new chapters on frequent-flier programs, travel scams, passengers with disabilities, and health and comfort issues.

Also included is new info on bankruptcy protection, how to get on-time performance data on a flight when you make a reservation, restrictions on free-flight vouchers for overbooking and a list of government consumer travel publications. Lands of myth
