Tomlinson Expands In North Idaho

Tomlinson North Idaho Realty purchased the assets of Windemere Real Estate North Idaho on Monday, according to Ron Branson, co-owner and broker at Tomlinson’s North Idaho branch.

Although negotiations are continuing, the major change is that the Tomlinson company will market Windemere’s North Idaho accounts, primarily involving subdivisions, Branson said. Windemere has 23 North Idaho agents who may join Tomlinson, Branson said. Details are still being determined, he said.

Tomlinson’s headquarters is in Spokane, and Windemere’s is in Seattle.
