Police Say Woman Decapitated Son

A woman found wandering along a highway in a daze near her home was charged Friday with decapitating her 6-year-old son.
Phung Kim Dang, 27, was jailed on $200,000 bail on a murder charge.
Police said they have no motive in the slaying of Jonathan Bui and are not certain what kind of weapon was used.
The boy’s father, Hoang Thinh Bui, came home from his job at a manufacturing plant early Thursday and found the body on the couple’s blood-soaked bed, police said.
