Dr. And Mrs. Knechtel Spokane

Fred L. and Dorothy M. Knechtel, Spokane, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception and dinner at the Fort Wright Commons.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Charolette A. Knechtel, Dr. Paul L. Knechtel, Matt and Pat Lyons, and David and Becky Knechtel, all of Spokane; Amy and Al Kirkwood, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Martha and Ian Dickinson, Portland.

Married March 3, 1945, in Spokane, the Knechtels have 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
