Motorcycle Strikes Fence, Killing Rider

A Deer Park man died after he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a fence post late Wednesday.

Patrick C. Crary, 24, was driving his 1988 Yamaha northbound at a high rate of speed on Indian Trail Road at 9:47 p.m., the Washington State Patrol said.

Just north of the city limits, Crary veered off the road to the right and hit a fence, the state patrol said.

Crary died at the scene of internal injuries. He was wearing a helmet, according to the state patrol.
