Panel To Plan Transportation

The Coeur d’Alene Area Chamber of Commerce wants to help develop a countywide transportation plan.

A new committee including representatives from the four highway districts, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum and the Idaho Department of Transportation will start the process, said chamber general manager Pat McGaughey.

The committee will invite all groups involved with streets and roads to participate.

The committee’s first meeting will be in August.
