Mr. And Mrs. Friedman Colville, Wash.

George and Janice Coon Reed Friedman, Colville, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Cafe Italiano in Colville.

Hosts were their children and spouses: Diane Friedman, Seattle; Malcolm and Jill Thorson-Friedman, Colville; and Reed Friedman, Joyce and Greg Woodard, and GeorgeAnn and Rick Bertholf, all of Spokane.

Married May 26, 1945, in Middletown, Pa., the Friedmans have five grandchildren.
