Homeschooling Workshop Tuesday

If you’ve thought about teaching your children at home but don’t know where to start, a workshop Tuesday gives the ABCs.

The workshop will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hillyard branch of the library’s meeting room at 4005 N. Cook.

Kathleen McCurdy, executive director of the Family Learning Organization, will present the workshop.

The topics covered include different approaches to homeschooling, how to get started and resources for homeschoolers.
