Editor Leaps To Death In Marriott Atrium

Compiled From Wire Services

The editor of an adult comic book plunged 45 floors to his death in the lobby of a ritzy Times Square hotel as dozens of tourists watched in horror.

George S. Carragonne, 31, jumped Thursday from a balcony in the atrium of the Marriott Marquis Hotel after he walked in and asked a bellhop if it was the highest building in the area, authorities said.

He left no suicide note.
