Give Us Your News Appetites

Rick Bonino Food Editor

As you’re probably aware by now, The Fresh Sheet is pretty good at flapping its gums.

But today, we’d like to listen to you for a change. We want to know what you like about IN Food, what you don’t like, and what you think we should be doing differently.

There are a couple of reasons for this. First, because of soaring newsprint costs, the size of the food section has been significantly reduced. That makes it particularly important to use the space we do have wisely.

Second, some public relations type called the other day and started asking questions about what our readers want in a food section. I offered a few ideas, but I had to admit I really don’t know.

So here’s your opportunity to tell us. We’d like you to rate the following IN Food features, on a scale of one (worthless) through five (fascinating). Just circle the numbers, clip this out and mail it to the address at the end of the column.

If you have additional comments or suggestions, please put them on an extra sheet of paper. You don’t have to give your name or phone number, but it would be useful if you did; I’d like to talk with some of you about your thoughts.
