Rural Towns Offered Commuter Service

Potlatch, Troy and Genesee commuters should have no trouble finding a parking spot in Moscow this fall - if they leave their wheels at home.

Residents in the three small Latah County bedroom communities will be offered a van commuter service starting this fall.

Three maxivans are scheduled to arrive in Moscow in the next two weeks.

The University of Idaho has 5,000 parking spaces. But there are more than 15,000 people on campus.

The cost for riding has not yet been determined.
