Man Sues Over Unreported Accident

From Staff And Wire Reports

A Montana resident is suing a Post Falls High School student, a driver education instructor and the Post Falls School District over a car accident that happened last fall.

Jeffery Kinzie, who now lives in Plains, Mont., claims that his 1993 Chevrolet pickup was struck from behind by a student driver as he stopped on Sherman Avenue in Coeur d’Alene.

Kinzie claims that Ronald Worley, the driver education instructor, was in the vehicle and said he would handle the accident report and insurance matters.

Kinzie left his address, phone number and other information with Worley and drove off, but the instructor never reported the accident, Kinzie claims.

Kinzie is suing for $10,000 in damages.
