A nationwide telethon for Bosnian Muslims raised more than $43 million in donations and pledges.

The midday-to-midnight telethon Friday was extended several hours because offers continued to pour in.

People across the country donated money, clothes, cars, jewelry, paintings, antiques and even a horse and a camel.
