Prison Releases

The following prison releases were reported by the Washington State Department of Corrections during the month of March:

James Heitstuman Sentenced in Spokane County to 13 years, seven months and seven days for second-degree murder, Heitstuman was released to Spokane County after serving 10 years, one month and 14 days.

David Batty Sentenced in Spokane County to two years for vehicular homicide, Batty was released to Spokane County after serving one year, three months and eight days.

Brett Groce Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, two months and one day for vehicular homicide, Groce was released to Spokane County after serving one year, five months and four days.

John Woodroofe Sentenced in Yakima County to three years, five months and two days for sexual abuse of a child, Woodroofe was released to Spokane County after serving three years, three months and four days.

Ruben Pangelinan Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, eight months and three days for sexual abuse of a child, Pangelinan was released to Benton County after serving one year, 11 months and 17 days.

Dennis Weinrich Sentenced in King County to one year for first-degree robbery, Weinrich was released to Spokane County after serving one year, seven months and 19 days.

Kelvin Veazie Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, six months and 24 days for firstdegree robbery, Veazie was released to Spokane County after serving two years, 11 months and 23 days.

Delbert Bissell Sentenced in Grays Harbor County to 10 years, five months and two days for second-degree assault, Bissell was released to Spokane County after serving eight years, nine months and 12 days.

Scott Bellos Sentenced in Spokane County to three years for vehicular assault, Bellos was released to Spokane County after serving two years and 12 months.

Jerry Hoskins Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for first-degree kidnapping, Hoskins was released to Pierce County after serving one year, nine months and 26 days.

James Gervais Sentenced in Cowlitz County to four years, two months and two days for second-degree burglary, Gervais was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 10 months and 14 days.

Robby Wilson Sentenced in Chelan County to two years, 10 months and four days for second-degree burglary, Wilson was released to Spokane County after serving one year, one month and 11 days.

Samuel Osborne Sentenced in Kittitas County to five years, nine months and four days for second-degree burglary, Osborne was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 11 months and 19 days.

Martin Bordwell Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months and one day for second-degree burglary, Bordwell was released to Spokane County after serving one year, 10 months and two days.

Edward Bolton Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, seven months and three days for second-degree burglary, Bolton was released to Spokane County after serving two years, two months and eight days.

John Allen Sentenced in Walla Walla County to four years, three months and one day for second-degree burglary, Allen was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 10 months and 28 days.

Robert Talley Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, five months and three days for property crime, Talley was released to Spokane County after serving one year, four months and 21 days.

Tony Pearson Sentenced in King County to five years, five months and two days for a drug crime, Pearson was released to Spokane County after serving three years, four months and four days.

Harland Wable Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, nine months and four days for a drug crime, Wable was released to Spokane County after serving one year, nine months and 17 days.
