Space Available In School Program

Parents wanting to participate in the education of their kindergartenage children this fall still have a chance to apply for the School District 81 Garden programs.

Both Garfield Elementary and Franklin Elementary schools offer parent-participation classrooms for kindergartens.

Parents volunteer to work 45 hours per semester in the classroom and support of regular teachers in the Garden programs.

Some slots are still available.

Parents wishing more information may call Franklin Elementary at 353-4546.
