Sta-Fit Will Move Downtown Facility

Sta-Fit Racquet & Athletic Club will move its downtown workout facility to the Lerner Building, 718 W. Riverside. The move, which will expand the center from 6,000 to 18,000 square feet, should be complete by October, said Jeff Brannon, Sta-Fit president.

Sta-Fit officers decided to move the downtown location to expand and to gain visibility. The center is moving from the basement of the SeaFirst Building on Riverside and Wall to the first floor of the building next to Sterling Savings.

The remodel and expansion will not increase the club’s membership fee.

Sta-Fit is the largest health club in the area, serving about 25,000 children and adults from Spokane to Coeur d’Alene. Members may work out in any of the company’s six facilities in Spokane, Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene.
