Mr. And Mrs. Pope Spokane

Pete and Marie Pope, Spokane, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a celebration at the Woman’s Club of Spokane.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Dick and Anita Pope; Mike Pope; Rita Preston; John and Michelle Pope; Colleen Frederick; and Rob Pope.

Married Jan. 23, 1945, in San Diego, Calif., the couple have 11 grandchildren.
