Spokane Man Found Dead In Port Angeles Motel Room

A Spokane man was found dead in his motel room Wednesday, police said. The man was identified as 37-year-old Thomas R. Rohr.

Police Cmdr. Tom Rippee said there was no sign of foul play and no marks on the body. An autopsy was planned.

Rohr was an Department of Defense employee who had been working on radar installations in the west end of the Clallam County, Rippee said.

Another employee found the body when Rohr didn’t answer a knock on his door at the Red Lion.
