Mr. And Mrs. Wood Spokane

Zane Allen and Merton Irene Wood, Spokane, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a celebration from 1-4 p.m. at Cavanaugh’s River Inn.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Constance Lorina Freeman and James Wavra, Colbert; Jim and Patricia Kay Schuyler, Spokane; Andrew Dale and Diane Wood, Colville, Wash.; and Elton Allen Wood, Walla Walla.

Married March 20, 1945, in Spokane the Woods have 12 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
