Horizon Expands Its Spokane Routes
Horizon Air will add flights between Spokane and Sacramento and Spokane and Great Falls as part of a route expansion that takes effect April 30, the Seattle-based commuter airline announced Monday.
The one-stop, same-plane flights between Spokane and Sacramento will be the first between the two cities. Horizon will offer two daily flights from Sacramento to Spokane and one from Spokane to Sacramento. All flights will be on 62-seat F28 jets.
The airline will add one new round-trip flight between Spokane and Great Falls, using Metroliner commuter planes.
Horizon also will upgrade service from Spokane to Portland and Missoula by using larger airplanes on some flights.
Horizon serves 36 cities throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California, and British Columbia.
