Loosle Named Chief Deputy Superintendent
State Superintendent of Public Instruction Anne Fox has announced that Darrell Loosle, interim chief deputy superintendent, has been named chief deputy superintendent.
Loosle, who has been with the State Department of Education since 1982, was deputy superintendent in charge of state-federal instructional services from 1988 to 1994.
Loosle was superintendent of schools in the Snake River School District for three years before joining the Idaho Department of Education. He received his doctorate from Brigham Young University.
