3 Teenagers Accost 2 Girls, Take Jacket

Three teenage girls strong-armed an 11-year-old girl near the Hillyard Pool on Saturday and stole her jacket.

The victim had been walking with another girl near the pool at Columbia and Haven about noon, police said.

The three teenagers accosted the two girls, and one of the teens said the victim’s athletic jacket was hers. Two of the teenagers then took the coat, police said.

The three girls ran north and escaped.
