Teens Allegedly Set Child On Fire

Four teenagers were arraigned Monday on charges of spraying nail polish remover on an 8-year-old boy and setting him on fire.

Willie Delancey, 14, was arraigned as an adult on a charge of second-degree attempted murder and ordered held on $50,000 bond. He pleaded innocent.

Three 13-year-olds charged as juveniles and released into their parents’ custody.

The child, who remained in guarded condition with burns covering more than 20 percent of his body.
