Man Vows To Kill Jury After Being Sentenced To Life For Murder

From Staff And Wire Reports

A murderer whose life had been spared moments earlier by a dozen jurors vowed to kill them all for sending him to prison for the rest of his life.

“I’m going to find a way to get out,” Jerry Allen Krupicka of Molalla yelled. “You guys are dead. You get it? Dead.”

Krupicka, 28, had just heard he was sentenced to prison without the possibility of parole for the sex-torture slaying of his 76-year-old neighbor.

Told he would not be eligible for parole in the death of Norma Orvokki Lombard, Krupicka shouted, “Then kill me!”

Circuit Judge Sid Brockley had the six men and six women jurors escorted from the courtroom Monday while sheriff’s deputies took Krupicka in hand and cleared the courtroom of spectators.
