The marriage of Gail Lynne Rise to Timothy William Kerber was solemnized in a recent ceremony at Lairmont Manor, Bellingham.

Marvin and Vesta Rise, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Kerber is the son of Paul and Jean Kerber, Colfax, Wash.

A reception was held at the Manor. The Kerbers are living in Ferndale after a honeymoon in Bora Bora.
