Three Arrested On Drug Charges

From Staff And Wire Reports

Authorities arrested three Bonner County residents on drug charges Monday night after agents found cocaine in their Upper Pack River Road home.

Lori Mae Finley, 30, was charged with felony drug possession. Leslie Diane McPike, 19 and Charlie Eugene Miller, 30, were also charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. A fourth suspect fled the home and was not caught.

Authorities from the Bonner County Sheriff’s Department, the Idaho State Police and BonnerBoundary Drug Task Force went to the home northeast of Sandpoint to arrest Finley on a warrant for theft.

While officers were in the house, they noticed drug paraphernalia. Officers arrested Finley, then came back with a search warrant and drug-sniffing dog.

Marijuana and several small packets that appeared to contain cocaine were confiscated.
