Commissioners hear a proposal to develop a 48-unit apartment complex near the intersection of the Palouse Highway and Freya Street. Also, they will take comments on a proposed road improvement district to pave Canal Road.

Spokane Plan Commission

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. regular meeting, second-floor conference room

City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

The commission will decide whether to recommend annexing 1,500 acres of Moran Prairie.

Spokane School Board

Spokane School Board meets Tuesday at noon at 200 N. Bernard. This is a change from its usual Wednesday meeting time.
