Make A Difference

Want to talk about teen issues, knowing that adults who can make changes will be there to listen?

Then be at the Shadle Park auditorium today from 1-3 p.m. for a youth-generated community forum where kids will talk about issues and work with adults to come up with genuine solutions.

Project Lead, with a little help from the Spokane School District and youth organizations, thought of putting together the forum because teens aren’t usually asked their opinion on the topics that involve them. About 23 youths with Project Lead were responsible for organizing the forum.

Tops on their list for discussion is the amount of criticism aimed at teens.
