Portland Woman Arrested For Bomb Threat

From Staff And Wire Reports

A Portland woman was arrested Thursday on charges of threatening to blow up the Green/Wyatt Federal Building in Portland shortly after the April 19 bombing in Oklahoma City.

Loriann Debray, 21, was indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury and arrested Thursday morning at her home by Internal Revenue Service and Federal Protective Service agents, officials said.

The bomb threat resulted in an evacuation and search of the federal building in downtown Portland. About 1,500 employees from 41 different federal agencies waited outside until the building was declared safe.
