4th Person Arrested In Vicious Beating

The fourth person wanted in the beating of a 35-year-old Spokane man earlier this month has been arrested.

Ryan Seaman, 17, of Chattaroy, was booked into the Juvenile Detention Center for first-degree robbery in the beating of John Hintz, who was walking home with his mother on Oct. 21.

Hintz was upgraded to serious condition Tuesday night at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Three other suspects in the Oct. 21 beating already are in custody. Two are juveniles, the third a 19-year-old male. All are booked on first-degree robbery charges.
