Liquor Licenses

Thomas Nixon has applied for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Dempsey’s Brass Rail, 909 W. First. This license is in lieu of the current license to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption.

Pepperdine Sports Bar & Grill has been approved for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption at Pepperdine Sports Bar & Grill, 2911 E. 57th.

Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. has applied to assume an existing license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Super 1 Foods No. 34, 830 E. 29th. The license is currently held by Manito Super 1 Foods Inc., doing business as Super 1 Foods.

Loren and Sandra Garber have applied to assume an existing license to sell beer and wine for on-premises and off-premises consumption at Spangle Saloon and Social Club, 143 Main, Spangle. The license is currently hold by Ronald and Bernice Zielke, doing business as Ron & Bea’s Tavern.

Just Three Guys has applied to assume a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Patsy Clark’s, 2208 W. Second. The license is currently held by Quinn and Bauer, doing business as Patsy Clark’s.

NJJ Ltd. has received a license to sell beer for off-premises consumption and wine of less than 14 percent alcohol for on-premises consumption at Vino!, 1319 W. First.

Bunkers Resort Inc. has applied for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for onpremises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Bunker’s Resort, 36402 S. Bunker Landing Road, Cheney. The license is in lieu of the existing license to sell beer and wine for onpremises consumption in conjunction with food sales, and beer for off-premises consumption.

Paksco Co. has been approved to assume a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Paksco, 13659 W. Airway Heights, Airway Heights.
