Man In Critical Condition After Being Beaten With Baseball Bat
A Spokane man was reported in critical condition after being beaten at his North Side apartment early Wednesday.
The 20-year-old victim suffered skull fractures in the assault, which occurred just after midnight in the 2500 block of East Buckeye.
Two witnesses who were in the victim’s apartment said his roommate, Richard Sullivan, 19, hit the victim in the head with a baseball bat and left. Sullivan was in the process of moving out of the apartment and was packing his belongings when the assault occurred.
It is unclear what provoked the attack.
Police found the victim in the bathroom, bleeding heavily. He was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center. Sullivan is wanted for questioning, police said. , DataTimes
