Usc Earns Trip To Play In Rose Bowl

For the 28th time, USC is going to the Rose Bowl.

Delon Washington rushed for a career-high 158 yards and two touchdowns on his 20th birthday as the Trojans (8-1-1, 6-0-1 Pac-10) beat Oregon State 28-10 Saturday night to clinch their first New Year’s appearance in Pasadena in six seasons.

Southern California will go to the Rose Bowl even if it loses to crosstown rival UCLA next weekend.
