Police Hunt Two Sex Offenders

Two high-risk sex offenders are wanted by Spokane police.

Rocky W. Leffler and Jonathan L. Cox, both 20, are wanted on warrants for not registering with police, said Dick Cottam, a police spokesman.

Both Leffler and Cox are Level III sex offenders and considered at a high risk to re-offend.

Leffler has convictions for a series of sex-related crimes, including indecent liberties, assault, theft and intimidation with a weapon.

He is 5-foot-11, has brown hair, green eyes and the tattoo “R.I.P.” on his chest.

Cox has been convicted of child rape and various assaults, including one with a knife. He targets young women, police said.
