The Ridpath Hotel will officially reopen next week, following completion of more than $3.5 million in renovations.
Among the improvements are refacing of the hotel’s facade along Sprague Avenue, refurbishing of guest rooms with new carpet, furniture and draperies and the addition of a new deck and furniture to the outdoor pool area.
The lobby also has been enlarged and the hotel’s two restaurants have been renovated and new menus have been introduced.
The 95-year-old Ridpath has 344 guest rooms, 12 meeting rooms and a grand ballroom. It is owned by Dunson-Ridpath Associates Equities, a private Seattle investment group, and is managed by WestCoast Hotels.
The hotel never closed during the remodeling.
