Search For Priest Lake Man Continues After Boat Found

Bonner County sheriff’s divers continued to search for a Priest Lake man Saturday who has been missing from his boat since late Friday.

Another boater found the missing man’s boat broken down Friday night near Papoose Island on Priest Lake. He told deputies he searched for the boat’s owner before towing it to Hills Resort.

Deputies identified the boat’s owner as Mark A. Bondeson, 26, of Priest Lake.

Divers searched the lake unsuccessfully for Bondeson Friday night and Saturday. They will continue the search today. , DataTimes
