The Word’s Not So Good About This Bad Grammer

Compiled By Staff Writer Dan Web

Kelsey Grammer seems to be a bit of a self-destructive boor.

The “Frasier” star has married badly at least twice, once to a self-proclaimed “exotic dancer,” and he’s been accused of (though never charged with) having had sex with a teenage babysitter.

But he continues winning acting awards, and “Frasier” keeps atop the ratings race.

Still, TV Guide reports that Grammer held a three-day sick-out on the “Frasier” set. He reportedly wanted a raise from $150,000 an episode to, well, approximately twice that.

Back on the set, Grammer denied it all. “I wouldn’t walk out on anything,” he told reporters Wednesday. “I like my job.” The show’s producers would say only the situation is “business as usual.”

“Melrose Place” actress Josie Bissett on her eating habits (New Woman magazine): “I bake chocolate chip cookies and eat the dough and then eat the cookies pretty much until I’m sick, and then.. I put the rest of the cookies in the sink and get them so wet so I can’t eat them because if I put them in the garbage, in the morning I dig through and finish them. I’m sick.”
